St. Matthew’s Riverdale is an Anglican church rooted in worship, prayer, and Scripture, seeking to follow Jesus in the heart of our neighbourhood. We’re a community of all ages learning to love God and our neighbours, and we share leadership among clergy, staff, and lay people who serve together. Serve & Outreach
We believe in showing love through action. We are currently in a time of discernment about how best to meet needs in our Riverdale community and beyond. If you would like to be involved, or if you have a project you’d like us to know about, please reach out — we’d love to hear from you.
We also have an ongoing partnership with AURA (Anglican United Refugee Alliance) to sponsor and welcome refugees. We welcomed our newest arrival in August 2026! If you would like to help a newcomer to our country feel welcome, please reach out.
